Job Title: Executive Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill a senior leadership role. This individual will be responsible for managing alumni relations and student assistance, serving as the primary point of contact between students, faculty members, admissions teams, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student onboarding – sending offers, processing loans and fee collection
  • Alumni Relations - Building and maintaining connections with all alumni
  • Alumni Relations - Nurturing the community by constantly adding value
  • Coordination and troubleshooting with students
  • Maintaining student information in an organized, easy-to-analyze format
  • Setting up and maintaining MIS and reports
  • Coordination, scheduling and troubleshooting with visiting/adjunct faculty
  • Processing of faculty invoices
  • Supporting marketing for activities involving the participation of academic staff
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Google sheets and MS Word.
  • Excellent email-writing and note-taking skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate student records and data
  • Time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Meticulous approach to administrative tasks
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Basic math abilities and an understanding of basic financial concepts
  • Professional appearance and courteous manner
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate across departments
