Leadership Consulting Expert

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Leadership Consulting Expert.

About This Role

  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored consulting solutions.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance leadership skills.
  • Conduct assessments and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mobilize projects, ensure timely delivery, and meet client expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leadership consulting, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MA, or Ph.D.) is preferred.
