About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and oversee internal projects across multiple business functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that align with organizational objectives, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain accurate project budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocations, guaranteeing effective use of resources.
  • Drive RFI/RFP processes and ensure adherence to established standards, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Apply project management methodologies and tools to track progress and achieve on-time delivery, promoting a customer-centric approach.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project teams, encouraging open dialogue and collaboration.
  • Identify potential risks and conflicts, implementing mitigation strategies as needed to maintain a stable project environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams to enhance project delivery outcomes, driving business growth.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and frameworks, ensuring adaptability and innovation.

  • Proven project management expertise with multiple internal projects under their belt, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Strong risk management, conflict resolution, and budget management skills, ensuring strategic decision-making.
  • Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and vendor coordination, promoting efficient procurement practices.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar), streamlining project operations.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, driving innovative solutions and business success.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities, adapting to changing project landscapes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for project management.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) preferred, showcasing advanced project management knowledge.
  • Prior experience in ERP implementation projects will be an added advantage, highlighting technical expertise.
