Job Overview:

The Finance Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and documenting meetings, tracking and monitoring project plans, issues, and risks, and ensuring timely updates and resolution of blockers. They will also escalate risks and dependencies to leadership and support project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and document meetings with stakeholders.
  • Track and monitor project plans, issues, and risks.
  • Ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers.
  • Escalate risks and dependencies to leadership.
  • Support project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, integrations, testing cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience coordinating D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
