Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project activities and resources to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • The role involves developing and maintaining project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • A key aspect of this role is ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and with optimal efficiency.

Key responsibilities also include:

  • Coordinating project activities and resources to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and with optimal efficiency.
  • Managing and mitigating project risks and issues.
  • Performing quality assurance and control to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects on-time, within scope, and with optimal efficiency.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp or Trello).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
