
Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and resourceful Project Management Coordinator to support our project activities, resources, and operations.
In this role, you will break down complex projects into manageable tasks, set timelines, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution. You will also be responsible for liaising with clients to understand their requirements, defining project scope and objectives, and ensuring that client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
As a key member of our project team, you will analyze risks and opportunities, oversee procurement management, and monitor project progress to identify and address any issues that arise. You will also act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, communicating project status and updates in a clear and concise manner.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and time management, as well as strong client-facing and teamwork skills. You will also need to possess working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Planner, and Excel, as well as experience of 3-5 years in a similar position.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information.
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Ensure clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
- Analyze risks and opportunities.
- Oversee project procurement management.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Excel.
- Experience of 3 to 5 years as Associate Project Manager.
