Project ManagerJob Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our infrastructure projects across various sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering project governance, supporting commercial and planning aspects of project delivery, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Controls: Lead project planning, controls, and reporting in line with established frameworks.
  • Project Compliance: Ensure project compliance with governance standards and contractual obligations.
  • Reporting and Reviews: Maintain project reporting calendars and coordinate periodic reviews.
  • Financial Management: Develop and maintain project finance dashboards and EAC forecasts.
  • Team Utilization: Track team utilisation and support resource planning across multiple projects.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain compliance matrices
  • Clients Communications: Act as a focal point for client communications and issue resolution.
  • Design Deliverables: Support project managers and technical leads in delivering design deliverables.
  • Risk Management: Participate in strategy refinement and initiatives.
  • Risk Registers: Maintain risk registers and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Change Control: Oversee change control processes and associated financials.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement in project delivery and operations.
  • Contract Review: Review and advise on contract scope and discuss with project delivery team.
  • Integrated Systems: Manage project controls through integrated systems.
  • Reporting and Cost Controls: Support management of reporting and cost controls in collaboration with the Project Director and Technical Manager on the project
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Relevant degree qualification
  • Professional Qualification: Member of a Professional Institution or relevant Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE 2, MRICS, PMP)
  • Experience: 8-13 years of experience
