Job Opportunity: Strategic Cash Manager

The successful candidate will be a key member of the Treasury Operations team, responsible for managing and optimizing short-term liquidity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cash management tasks, including monitoring cash balances, bank reporting, and maintaining treasury dashboards to ensure efficient use of funds.
  • Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts and conduct variance analysis between projected and actual cash flow statements to optimize financial decisions.
  • Monitor and manage bank relationships and overall liquidity to mitigate risks.
  • Oversee and manage debt schedules to ensure timely payments and maintain good credit standing.
  • Coordinate with global counterparts and banks to reconcile and record activities, ensuring accurate and timely wire payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain account records to prevent discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Operations teams to gather data for cash forecasting and facilitate banking transactions and approvals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing treasury or cash management functions with a focus on strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in financial principles, including cash management, forecasting, and risk assessment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multiple departments.
  • Advanced computer software skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets to analyze complex financial data.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately, including maintaining audit trails and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Interested in process improvement, with a focus on defining and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
