Strategic Training Manager

The Strategic Training Manager plays a pivotal role in driving organizational growth through strategic training initiatives. This key position focuses on ensuring seamless integration of our processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the orientation process for new associates to effectively implement our processes.
  • Oversee the completion of mandatory online modules by all staff members.
  • Ensure timely completion of skill certification programs for front-line associates.
  • Identify training needs based on data from various sources and develop targeted training plans.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development Hub Head to prepare comprehensive training calendars.
People Focus
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities in collaboration with the Human Resources team.
  • Support the Human Resources team in designing and implementing reward and recognition programs.
Functional Competencies
  • Demonstrate expertise in HR and Corporate Sustainability principles.
  • Develop and deliver effective training sessions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with safety practices.
