Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including conducting sales presentations and negotiations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential growth areas
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and its services

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Knowledge of the intelligence & protection services and constructions industries would be a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
