We are seeking a skilled Business Development professional to drive growth and expansion at Anshuman & Co. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including conducting sales presentations and negotiations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential growth areas
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and its services
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of the intelligence & protection services and constructions industries would be a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
