Job Title: Help Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.

About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our employees and clients, and you will play a critical role in ensuring that their technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and assistance to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
* Document and track all technical incidents and issues using our incident management system
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues
* Develop and maintain knowledge of our company's technology infrastructure and systems
* Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
