About the Opportunity
This is an exciting chance to lead a team of sales professionals and drive business growth. We are looking for a seasoned Team Lead with experience in outbound sales or lead generation who can motivate, coach, and deliver consistent results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Specialists to achieve performance goals.
- Develop and refine strategies, scripts, and cadences for improved engagement and conversions.
- Track team performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and leverage data for reporting and optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and conduct regular training for ongoing team development.
Requirements:
- At least 2-4 years of leadership experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and sales technology.
- Solid understanding of outbound sales strategies and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading a team in a sales environment.
- Familiarity with software as a service (SaaS) solutions.
- Skilled in using professional networking platforms for outreach.
Education:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
