In this role, you will lead a group of inside sales executives, ensuring achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. You will act as a bridge between management and the sales team, driving execution while mentoring and motivating team members.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve individual and team KPIs.- Oversee daily activities including lead qualification, call volumes, and meeting scheduling.- Monitor performance metrics, track progress, and ensure adherence to quality standards.- Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to enhance sales techniques and objection handling.- Collaborate with Sales Managers to address process inefficiencies and drive improvements.- Ensure accurate CRM usage and data-driven decision-making across the team.Must-Have Qualifications:- MBA and B.Tech/M.Tech degree.- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Inside Sales with proven team leadership skills.- Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities.- Proficiency in CRM tools and a data-driven approach to sales.- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, solve problems, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
