Job Title: Real Estate Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Business Development Manager to join our team at Maruti Suzuki India Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expansion, and property acquisition in the COCO and CODO formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the real estate sector.
  2. Manage the acquisition of properties in the COCO and CODO formats, ensuring timely and cost-effective transactions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen processes and controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Prepare and monitor financial performance, capital, and revenue budgets, providing insights and recommendations for business decisions.
  5. Manage daily activities related to timely payments, invoicing, tax opinions, and stakeholder interactions.
  6. Conduct valuation of properties through various IPC methods, generating insights for business decisions.
  7. Ensure all corporate-related and financing matters are well-documented for auditing and reporting purposes.
  8. Organize and participate in CFT and vendor negotiation meetings for the vertical.
  9. Internal coordination with Zonal teams, project teams, legal teams, sales and service teams, and finance teams.
  10. Develop in-depth understanding of the real estate industry.
  11. Update senior management and stakeholders on the status of ongoing projects through monthly presentations.
  12. Maintain strong relationships with brokers, IPCs, and landowners.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline + degree/diploma in management.
  • Minimum 2-12 years of experience in real estate advisory, transaction of all kinds of real estate asset classes.
  • Preferably from IPC, big broking houses, reputed builders, or big corporate.
