Job Description:
">The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of real estate solutions in residential, commercial, and luxury segments.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets and develop a culture of excellence.
- Design and implement sales strategies to maximize business growth and expand market share.
- Build strong relationships with high net worth individuals, investors, developers, channel partners, and corporate clients to drive business and establish long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive channel partner tie-ups and corporate sales to expand business outreach and establish new revenue streams.
- Plan and conduct site visits, client meetings, and sales presentations to ensure lead conversion and close deals.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, real estate shows, and industry events to showcase products and services.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns and promotions that drive business growth.
- Prepare timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of the local market and regulatory compliance.
