We're looking for a forward-thinking Assistant Manager to join our team of bold thinkers and problem-solvers. As a key member of our QPA Developers team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work and delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive real-world impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture complete QPA requirements from the operation team
  • Prepare requirement summaries and re-confirm with the operation team
  • Proactively communicate with the operation team and QPA manager
  • Follow coding standards and guidelines set by the QPA team
  • Plan coding and UAT phases with the QPA manager and work according to plan
  • Proactively communicate with the QPA manager for any delay in coding/UAT phase
  • Follow up with operation teams on UAT and OPS sign off

Qualifications we seek in you:

  • Primary skill set: VBA, Excel Macros, MS Access, SAP, Web Scraping, Selenium
  • Secondary skill set: Power Automation, Analysis and Testing

Preferred qualifications/skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills.
