Job Title: Corporate Learning Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and conduct comprehensive training modules for sales teams.
  • Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Deliver expert training on sales skills, product knowledge, and digital tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted training content.
  • Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to drive performance improvement.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Manage the digital learning platform to enhance user experience and drive adoption.
  • Oversee digital assessments and self-learning initiatives to support employee growth.
  • Coordinate training sessions, calendars, and logistics with OHs and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor attendance, capture metrics in TMS/ELM, and report progress to leadership.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Ensure continuous quality improvement of training materials and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform training content.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of life insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Communication and Presentation: Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse audiences.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Expertise in guiding employees to improve their skills and performance.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth expertise in life insurance policies, claims processes, underwriting, and sales techniques.
  • Training Development: Experience in designing engaging training materials, modules, and assessments.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust training methods and content to suit different learning styles and levels.
  • Sales Skills: Familiarity with sales techniques and ability to improve sales performance within the life insurance space.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective in addressing performance issues and knowledge gaps in trainees.
  • Technology Proficiency: Skilled in using e-learning platforms, LMS, and other training tools.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills to connect with trainees and collaborate with departments.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Ability to assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • At least 2-3 years of sales experience and 3-4 years of conducting sales training, with a strong background in the life insurance domain preferred.
