Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across key channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a robust digital marketing strategy that drives business growth through data-driven insights and campaign optimization.
  • Manage daily campaign operations, including ad setup, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and budget allocation to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Optimize campaigns for performance by analyzing audience targeting, ad creative, landing pages, and user journey to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a performance marketing role, specifically within a B2C or D2C brand.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
