We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Administrative Assistant to join our team in a remote role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining digital marketing, content creation, and social media management with administrative and client support tasks.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) – create, schedule, and monitor posts.
  • Assist with SEO, online advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Design simple graphics, short animation videos, presentations, and promotional materials using tools such as Canva or other AI Tools.
  • Conduct market research, keyword analysis, and competitor tracking.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare reports on campaign performance.

Administrative

  • Manage calendars, email correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Handle data entry, CRM updates, and document management.
  • Assist with client communication, customer service, and follow-ups.
  • Provide support in project coordination, reporting, and workflow management.
  • Perform other general office and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or administrative support preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
