We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead & Trainer who can lead projects and train students to become industry-ready professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on digital marketing modules including SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
  • Guide, mentor, and assess students throughout their training journey.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and strategies in digital marketing and integrate them into the training curriculum.
  • Manage live projects and involve students in real-time campaigns for practical exposure.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure training programs align with company goals and industry standards.
  • Lead internal digital marketing projects and campaigns when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and training/mentoring.
  • Strong command over SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing future digital marketers.
  • Relevant certifications (Google, HubSpot, etc.) will be an added advantage.
