Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to enhance overall team performance.
  • Manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing with expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Creativity with a results-driven approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
