Role Description

Location:
Remote (India) — Must be willing to travel to Mysore when required

Employment Type:
Full-time (Dedicated, No dual employment)

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Salesforce Technical Lead / Solution Architect (Financial Services Cloud) located in Punjab, India. The role involves leading solution architecture, consulting with clients, and overseeing software development and integration projects. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for mapping business processes and ensuring the successful implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions for the financial sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Gather business requirements (Banking/Finance domain) and convert them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Design data models, security models, permission sets, and workflows.
  • Guide and manage Salesforce Developers, Admins, and DevOps team members.
  • Oversee integration with external systems (APIs, banking systems, middleware).
  • Perform technical review, code quality checks, and ensure Salesforce best practices

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce experience

Hands-on experience in
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

Strong knowledge of
Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, Integrations (REST/SOAP)

Experience in solution architecture, security models & deployment strategies

Excellent communication, leadership & client-handling skills

  • Solution Architecture and Consulting skills
  • Software Development and Integration skills

Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional (Plus)
  • Application or System Architect (Plus)
