Sales Executive

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online sources.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for consistent revenue growth.
- Qualify leads based on needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to understand customer needs and promote solutions.
- Provide prompt support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
3. Sales Process & Business Development
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid value-based selling techniques.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and pricing negotiations.
- Develop strategies to expand the customer base and penetrate new markets.
4. Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Analyze sales trends and provide accurate forecasting.
- Create and execute action plans to close deals and achieve revenue goals.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and competitor analysis.
- Provide insights for improving products, marketing strategies, or sales processes.
6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with marketing teams on campaigns, lead generation, and branding initiatives.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and customer support to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales workshops.
7. Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Develop deep product knowledge to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Provide feedback to product teams regarding customer requirements.
