We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive growth. This role also involves coordinating with clients, supporting the team on active projects, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team across all functions including SEO, PPC, content, social media, and email marketing.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs, present strategies, and report performance.
  • Allocate tasks to team members, ensure timelines are met, and provide guidance where needed.
  • Evaluate team performance and assist in training or upskilling to achieve goals.
  • Work closely with the project teams to contribute in planning, execution, and troubleshooting.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience in managing SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle complex client requirements.
  • Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field. Certification in digital marketing will be a plus.
