Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Amritsar. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining the features and benefits of our digital marketing courses, and guiding interested candidates through the enrollment process. Additional responsibilities include managing follow-ups, maintaining customer records, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients with inquiries related to our programs.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Customer Support skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to explain complex topics effectively and maintain client satisfaction
• Experience in providing Training and guidance to potential learners is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency to handle CRM systems and support client management
