Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing digital communication (strategy, development and implementation) in NACA and EMEA and support website development in APAC. Their duties include performing market research, strategizing with other marketing professionals, creating content, developing digital channels of communication to aid in the success of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and measure digital marketing campaigns in NACA and EMEA. Manage SEO/SEM. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and PKIs). Optimize digital marketing spendings.
  • Create digital content in close cooperation with Product Managers and Business Unit Directors. Design, build and maintain broad social media presence. Webpage adaptation and e-commerce support.
  • Identify trends and insights. Evaluate emerging technologies, provide innovative ideas.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Qulifications:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field. Fluent English. Experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in medical devices sales, marketing, or product management.
  • Current or prior work experience required. Experience in leading and managing websites, SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, digital campaigns. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Highly creative, strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills.
  • Self-motivated and flexible. Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to details.
