Overview:

As a technical expert in the field of energy storage, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and troubleshooting for PCS/BESS products. Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth operation of these systems, manage spare parts, and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete on-site technical support and remote work for PCS/BESS product debugging, maintenance, and modification.
  • Perform on-site troubleshooting and guide customers through simple fault resolution.
  • Manage on-site spare parts and track inventory levels.
  • Maintain customer relationships through regular communication and organize feedback.
  • Learn and understand the working principles of PCS/BESS products and provide training to customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proficient English language skills as the primary working language.
  • Self-motivated mindset with the ability to plan in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience in the energy storage industry, preferably in central PCS or BESS.
  • Ability to work based in Rajasthan preferred.
