About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious Enterprise Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales division, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and acquire new corporate clients across travel, events, and related industries.
- Sales Pipeline Development: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and industry partnerships.
- Tailored Solutions: Present customized solutions to clients addressing their corporate travel and event needs.
- Negotiations and Contract Closure: Manage end-to-end sales cycle including negotiations and contract closure.
- Collaboration and Client Experience: Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Clients Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 2-6 years of proven B2B Sales experience in Travel, Events, Hospitality, or MICE industry.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability and Motivation: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Crm Tools and Data Analysis: Proficiency with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and data-driven sales.
- Mindset and Attitude: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and outcome-focused mindset.
