Job Description

As an experienced leader, you will own the revenue of a region and drive growth and performance metrics of both the business and people. You will take complete ownership of business-critical initiatives - product launches, process improvements, category expansion, and vendor management.

  • Contribute actively to business decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis.
  • Have a strong understanding of design requisites and customer experience to maximize business results.
  • Develop and lead a team of young and ambitious professionals on a day-to-day basis.
  • Develop the ecosystem for successful design experiences for internal teams and customers.
  • Own the quality of design closure for Livspace catalogue products and home improvement services for the region.
  • Drive and meet KPIs such as design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, C-sat, and E-sat.

Skills And Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in B.Design / Civil or equivalent qualification Or comparable degree in Bachelor Design. MBA would be an added advantage.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in interior fit-out businesses, operating roles managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to convey business requirements effectively.
  • Structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and determination to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with direct team reporting experience.
  • Significant personal and professional drive to continuously improve design standing and experience.
  • Deep understanding of interior fit-out industry processes, market trends, etc.
  • Strong leadership: Hire, retain, motivate, and look after a diverse team of professionals.
  • Tracking and training: Train and coach the team on the job, track performance, course correct, and reward appropriately.
  • Customer empathy: Appreciate the nature of customer problems and be a trustworthy, knowledgeable partner.
  • Be a representative leader in the region, being hungry, humble, and lean.
