Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in denial management and AR caller expertise. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee a portfolio of accounts and phone insurance companies to follow up on unpaid claims, documenting all interactions and determining the underlying reasons for claim denials.
- You will develop and implement effective strategies to recover revenue and improve billing procedures.
- Your goal is to build and maintain strong relationships with payers through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- As a specialist in denial management, you will analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
