Revenue Operations Role

We seek an experienced professional to manage a team of collectors and billing support specialists, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work in line with service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of collectors and billing support specialists, fostering growth and development within the group.
  • Review customer accounts to proactively communicate with customers and internal partners, ensuring collection of outstanding invoice totals.
  • Prioritize and manage escalations by working closely with collection representatives and cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Respond to customer account inquiries and follow through to resolution in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to establish and maintain regular cadences to discuss and track process improvements.
  • Post customer payments, refunds, and deposits by recording ACH and credit card transactions.
  • Provide training and guidance to collection representatives on the end-to-end billing and collection process, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet operational goals.
  • Review and ensure that standard operating procedures are current and lead efforts to streamline collection team deliverables for efficiency.
  • Take ownership of key deliverables, including publishing SLA dashboards and key highlights on a monthly basis to monitor performance.
  • Consistently meet strict deadlines related to month-end close.
