About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly skilled academic leader to join our team as Headmistress Pre-Primary. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of academic changes, teaching methodologies, and student assessment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Academic Leadership: Supervise and develop instructional programs, evaluating lesson plans and observing classes regularly to encourage diverse learning strategies and materials.
  • Community Connect: Conduct parent-teacher meetings and foster positive relationships with parents.
  • Communication Processes: Ensure effective communication between students, teachers, and parents.
  • Student Focus: Address academic, emotional, and social needs of students.
  • Event Organization: Develop spirit of creativity and collaboration among students through workshops and events.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any subject (English, Science, Social Sciences preferred).
  • Professional teaching degree from a recognized University (B.Ed/M.Ed).
  • Proficiency in technology and language.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Candidates with working knowledge of CBSE board policies and experience with other boards are welcome. A keen awareness of updated teaching methodologies, remediation planning, differential learning, curriculum review, and student assessment is also essential.
