Director of Early Education

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Madurai centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and education to our children and families.

The role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a high-performing team. You will be expected to maintain high standards of behaviour and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure child safety by continuously improving practices, policies, processes and behaviours that underpin a safety culture
  • Safeguarding Lead for the centre
  • Set standards of behaviour across the setting consistent with the HEART principles
  • Catalyse team performance from every member of the team
  • Deliver customer service aligned to local expectations
  • Maintain quality care and education, ensuring internal 'green' audits and external 'good, excellent or outstanding' assessments
  • Optimise financial performance
  • Meet occupancy targets
  • Stay up-to-date on early education and childcare quality standards, ensuring compliance at all times
