Our client's Engineering Centre in Pune requires an experienced Business Operations Manager for a full-time on-site position. Strong leadership skills and technical expertise are essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with corporate norms, plan future activities, manage costs, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operational Management: Manage the entire operational lifecycle, oversee technical output, and ensure timely MIS reporting.
- Workload Planning: Plan for future activities, manage budgets, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- MIS Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely MIS reporting, including weekly KPIs for all divisions.
- Centre Operations: Oversee the overall operations of the Engineering Centre.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading European aerospace OEM.
RequirementsThe following qualifications are required:
- Experience: A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in engineering software development or managing a team of technical experts.
- Education: A Master's degree in Engineering.
- Skills: Excellent communication abilities, ability to handle multiple subjects, and report to multiple departments.
- Language: Knowledge of French is highly desirable.
