  • Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment, leading cross-functional teams to drive financial excellence and strategic growth.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant: Possess a Chartered Accountant certification with a minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, including 4 years in controllership or tax functions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, with hands-on experience in ERP systems and technical accounting standards.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate strategic thinking, with a deep understanding of business growth strategies, financial planning, and compliance.
