Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Financial Leader to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening the finance backbone of high-growth companies, combining financial reporting, management, and investor deliverables with hands-on involvement in building scalable systems and supporting strategic decisions.

  • Oversight of monthly and annual book closure, ensuring accuracy of accounts.
  • Development and maintenance of MIS reports and dashboards (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs Actual).
  • Driving financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
  • Establishment of systems, processes, and SOPs for finance and compliance.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory, investor, and audit requirements.
  • Management and tracking of Cap Table and investor obligations.
  • Support for fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting.
  • Leadership of audit readiness and compliance tracking across functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of experience in finance and MIS is required. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills, as well as exposure to audit, investor reporting, fundraising support, or due diligence.
