Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to build, manage and expand our presence in the higher education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential partnerships by researching colleges, universities and educational institutions that align with our training programs.
  • Develop deep relationships with principals, directors, trustees, heads of departments and training & placement officers to strengthen collaboration.
  • Design customized partnership models including curriculum integration, joint certification programs, faculty development workshops and student career fairs.
  • Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial agreements ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs at partner campuses.
  • Track partnership performance using KPIs such as student enrollment, program completion rates and placement outcomes.
  • Drive enrollments and revenue growth from partnered institutions through effective pipeline management and conversion strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in college/university partnership, institutional sales or academic alliances.
  • Strong network within the higher education sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value relationships and deliver business targets.
  • Exposure to EdTech, corporate training or skill development programs is preferred.
