We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business expansion through client acquisition and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of acquiring new clients using various outreach channels, including email, WhatsApp, calls, and networking.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to discovery calls, pitching, and closing deals.
  • Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Client Communication & Relationship Building:

  • Confidently leading client calls and meetings, identifying business pain points, tailoring pitches to their needs, and building long-term trust.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Working closely with senior team members to ensure smooth handover of new projects.
  • Sharing feedback from prospects to improve our offerings and pitches.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-6 years in digital marketing business development/client acquisition.
  • Track Record: Proven success in closing high-ticket projects (websites, SEO, content, performance, and digital marketing).
  • Outreach Skills: Familiar with multiple outreach channels (email, cold email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.).
  • Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
  • International Client Experience: Previous experience working with clients globally (UAE, Asia, US).
