Job Description

Job Title: Trade Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Trade Sales Manager to join our team at Bajaj Electricals. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sales and collection strategies, driving business growth, and managing distributor performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned geographic areas.
  2. Motivate and train distributors to achieve desired productivity.
  3. Build relationships with key retailers and drive sales growth.
  4. Focus on secondary sales growth through business goal achievement.
  5. Ensure timely placement of new products and sustain growth through new store growth.
  6. Monitor sales, collection, and stock levels on a regular basis.
  7. Ensure monthly account reconciliation and settlement with distributors/dealers.
  8. Liquidate defective/slow-moving/discontinued products in collaboration with relevant departments.
Requirements:
  • Graduation in any field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably from FMCG/FMCD/consumer durables industry.
  • Experience in sales and marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Geographical exposure of the region.
