Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Manager to oversee the entire accounting record, ensuring accurate reporting of transactions and activities. This includes managing accounts receivables and payables, cash and bank operations, asset accounting, and general ledger entries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cash reconciliations, bank reconciliation, check runs, fixed asset activity, accounts payable transactions, and petty cash ledgers.
- Manage internal operations related to purchases, vendor billing, payments, and optimize costs while maintaining quality levels.
- Work on month-end accruals and provisions, follow up on billing, invoicing, and timely payments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide necessary management information systems (MIS) for senior management and other required reporting.

Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant experience in accounting divisions of corporates or accountancy firms is desired.
- Chartered Accountant with knowledge of Indian taxation laws and accounting terms and concepts is mandatory.
- Proficiency in working with Zoho Books is required.

Desired Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook, and communication software's.
- Willingness to work with cloud-based accounting software's.
- High attention to detail, meticulousness, verbal and written communication skills, ability to learn quickly, and high organizational skills.
