Accounts Receivable Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong focus on accounts receivable to drive business growth and excellence. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of relevant experience, possess excellent analytical skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to managing and optimizing the accounts receivable function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliation to enhance cash flow and reduce financial risks.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and implement effective credit control measures to minimize overdue accounts and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • AR Process Optimization: Prepare regular AR aging reports and present actionable insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Analyze customer payment trends and recommend process enhancements to optimize cash flow and improve working capital efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for AR-related inquiries and disputes, providing prompt and effective resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate smooth payment cycles and drive long-term business growth.
  • Identify inefficiencies within the AR processes and lead initiatives for process improvement and automation to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
