Job Description

Our team is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of General Accounting Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective accounting processes, providing guidance and support as needed.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who can effectively communicate complex financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.

As a General Accounting Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in finance and accounts
  • Strong accounting knowledge, including accruals, prepayments, re-class
  • Excellent verbal communication and email writing skills
  • Able to drive results by collaborating with all stakeholders involved in the process
  • Good interpersonal skills, highly motivated and risk-taking ability
  • Open to work in a flexible environment
  • Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word-processing programs, and email at a moderate to advanced efficiency

  • Real Estate Knowledge and Lean Knowledge
