Job Title: Account Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clients Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Renewal Process Ownership: Own end-to-end renewal processes, including contract negotiations, pricing adjustments, and alignment with client goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Account Managers, Customer Success, and Support teams to address client issues and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Data Analysis & Strategic Insights
  • Data Interpretation: Analyze client usage data, performance metrics, and trends to generate actionable insights for retention and growth.
  • Presentation Preparation: Prepare data-driven presentations (e.g., QBRs, renewal reports) with tailored recommendations.
  • CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate CRM records and identify risks/opportunities.
Operational Excellence
  • Process Streamlining: Streamline renewal and account management processes to improve efficiency and reduce churn.
  • Client Meetings Support: Support client meetings with agenda preparation, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Automation Leverage: Leverage automation tools to scale high-value engagements across accounts.
Strategic Growth
  • Long-Term Partnerships: Partner with Account Managers to develop strategies for long-term client partnerships.
  • Boomi Product Updates: Stay updated on Boomi product enhancements, industry trends, and competitor insights.
  • Partner Ecosystem Collaboration: Collaborate with Boomi's partner ecosystem to drive revenue.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 2-5 years in account management, renewals, customer success, or operations (software/SaaS, professional services, or IT preferred).

Qualifications: MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally, and experience with CRM, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office.
