Job Title: Project Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical services and guidance on all elements of the planning and design phase of the project.
  • Support project timelines and construction progress to ensure seamless hotel handover.
  • Implement brand standards and make recommendations to meet these standards.
  • Oversee construction activities.
  • Report to owners, stakeholders, and senior directors on findings, key dates, and solving project risks that may affect hotel success and opening.
  • Improve the final product and prepare waiver requests.
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, consultants, and stakeholders to solve design problems as they arise.
  • Develop effective strategies to best suit the organization.
  • Plan meetings, agendas, site visits, and program deliverables optimally engaging/disengaging all parties promptly allowing for accurate preparation and planning for attendees.
  • Plan meetings and travel in consideration of other stakeholders' and attendees' travel times and expenses for several trips.
Design Management and Development Assistance:
  • Provide design direction, review, and approval of architectural planning, interior design, furniture, equipment, art accessories, landscape design, graphics, and wayfinding designs to ensure they meet brand design narrative, brand standards, and brand equity under the direction of the senior director/director.
  • Support project assessment, including project improvement plan (PIP) inspections/reports to the development team before application to facilitate project approval under the direction of the senior director/director.
  • Contribute to country-specific addenda to global brand standards for all Hilton brands.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills who can work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
