We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive IT services sales in India and international markets.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is a skilled hunter who can acquire new clients, build long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth across regions.

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify and prospect mid-market and enterprise clients in India and either US or EMEA markets.
    • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, solution pitching, proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure.
    • Build and execute regional go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Client & Account Management:
    • Nurture CXO, founder, decision-maker, and IT leadership relationships.
    • Expand existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling services.
    • Act as client partner ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaboration & Market Intelligence:
    • Work with presales and delivery teams to design tailored solutions for client needs.
    • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and regional business dynamics.
    • Provide regular pipeline reports, revenue forecasts, and account status updates to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 3-10 years of proven IT services sales experience in India plus at least one global region.
  • Strong understanding of services like Cloud, Application Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong professional network with decision-makers in India and international markets.
  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
