About the job

What you'll be doing:

  • Primary Customer Contact for OEMs
  • Generate & manage business from Key Account to meet acquisition and sales goals for Automotive Cockpit Display Products.
  • Take addition Key Account as and when the need arises.
  • Build BHTC brand.
  • Manage and monitor schedules, sales and collection
  • Practice PDP process / ISO / TS16949 /14001 process in Marketing.
  • Support Projects team in settlement of all commercial open points with Customer on time.
  • Customer Relationship management to enhance the Business.
  • Meet all MIS needs of Management and inputs to Business Plan.
  • Collect competitor information and market trends
  • Take periodic Customer feedback (Informal) and inform the management for any corrective action if needed.
  • Report on special occurrences which can impact business processes.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience of minimum 10 years in Business development from the Automotive Industry.
  • Should have worked on business development in Automotive Cockpit Display product line for at least 4 years.
  • BE in Electronics / ECE preferred
  • Should have independently handled Key accounts of Automotive OE's preferably in Passenger & Commercial vehicles.
  • Manage business from Key Accounts to meet sales goals.
