Quantitative Trader Position

We are seeking an experienced quantitative trader to develop, implement and manage sophisticated trading strategies across equities and derivatives.

This is a contractual role offering substantial profit-sharing opportunities for high-performing individuals.

  • Develop and optimize complex trading algorithms and strategies to achieve optimal returns.
  • Conduct rigorous back-testing and statistical analysis of trading models to ensure robust performance.
  • Monitor real-time trading performance and risk metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement effective risk management protocols and position sizing methodologies to minimize losses.
  • Collaborate with our technology team to enhance and maintain high-performance trading infrastructure.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of trading strategies and performance to facilitate knowledge sharing and process improvement.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated track record in quantitative trading with verifiable results.
  • Deep understanding of quantitative finance, statistical modeling and risk management principles.
  • Experience with market microstructure, execution algorithms and latency optimization techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or related field.
  • Professional experience at hedge funds, prop trading firms or investment banks preferred.
