About this role

This position involves driving strategic planning, execution, and oversight of marketing programs for a division. Under guidance from leadership and marketing teams, it will develop campaigns and strategies to build sales pipeline, nurture leads, and convert to orders.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and manage day-to-day execution of marketing activities across all channels and platforms.
  • Establish go-to-market strategies for the division, including product marketing and segment-focused marketing.
  • Track and drive marketing leads through the sales process and report status/results regularly.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing program effectiveness and performance regularly.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with internal teams.
  • Manage events and trade shows.
  • Research/make recommendations on regional media partners and industry associations for digital marketing.
  • Proactively support effective communications to drive exposure and perceived leadership in key focus market segments.
Your profile
  • Master's degree in marketing with 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing and communications.
  • Marketing campaign development and event management experience.
  • Digital Marketing and social media marketing experience.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills in active listening and rapport building at multiple levels of decision makers.
