We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Leader with 5-8 years of experience to drive and optimize performance marketing initiatives across channels. This role will develop, execute, and manage paid campaigns to drive user acquisition and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is essential, with expertise in SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ongoing user retention.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead the creation and management of paid campaigns across platforms, aligning with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign performance, optimizing bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Manage the marketing budget, tracking spend against performance goals and optimizing for cost-efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

What We're Looking For :

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with measurable results.
  • Experience handling a significant performance marketing budget.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search, social media, and other channels.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
