Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

The role involves managing customer relationships to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debt risk. This requires building trust, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating with internal teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Regular phone and email contact with customers to maintain a positive relationship and ensure prompt payment of outstanding invoices.
- Act in compliance with established policies and procedures related to collection activity, including adherence to specified Accounts Receivable goals and objectives.
- Communicate with the Sales Department on past due accounts at specified intervals and inform sales representatives and management of changes in account status in a timely manner.
- Meet defined department and individual goals, along with assigned month-end reporting deadlines and activity metrics.

Requirements:
- Relevant years of experience in collections and team leading/managing.
- Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented, ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Solid Microsoft suite skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Suite knowledge.
